By registering for Bharat Jobs Expo 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Entry
Registration is mandatory for entry to the event.
Entry will be allowed only upon showing valid registration confirmation (email/SMS/WhatsApp).
The organizer reserves the right to approve or reject any registration.
2. Fees & Payments
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Once payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or adjusted for any other event.
In case of duplicate payments, only one registration will be considered valid.
3. Event Participation
The event provides a platform to connect with employers but does not guarantee job placement or selection.
Selection depends entirely on the hiring company’s criteria and process.
Students must carry multiple copies of their resume, ID proof, and required documents.
4. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

Maintain professional behavior at all times
Follow instructions given by event staff
Not engage in any misconduct, harassment, or disruptive activities

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

5. Dress Code
Students are expected to attend in formal or semi-formal attire suitable for interviews.
6. Data Usage & Privacy
By registering, you consent to share your information (resume, contact details, etc.) with participating companies for recruitment purposes.
Your data may also be used by the organizer for communication, updates, and future opportunities.
7. Photography & Media
The event may be recorded, photographed, or filmed.
By attending, you grant permission to the organizer to use your images/videos for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
8. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, venue, schedule, or format due to unforeseen circumstances.
In case of rescheduling, registrations will remain valid for the new date.
9. Liability Disclaimer
The organizer will not be responsible for:
Any personal loss, injury, or damage
Theft or loss of belongings
Any disputes between candidates and companies
10. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

By completing registration, you confirm that:
