Registration Fees
All participation fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by the organizers.
Event Modifications
The organizers reserve the right to:

- Modify venue
- Adjust schedules
- Update participation formats
without liability for additional claims.
Company Participation
Company booth or partnership cancellations may not qualify for refunds once confirmation and resource allocation are completed.
Student Registration
Student registration fees (if applicable) are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Force Majeure
Refunds shall not apply in cases involving:
